To Adjust the password in Neo, the profile must first be present.
Registration is as follows:
Please go to the login page = https://w.mykds.com/MA002/22.1.6769.0/connect/pages/Logon.aspx
Enter your business email address in the 'Username' field and then click the 'Forgot Password?' link
As next pleae enter your username and business email address again and click "Send email"
The password reset link will be sent via Email to you immediately.
After clicking the "Reset password" button or alternatively the direct link, you will be redirected to the password change page (please provide the new password 2x)
Once completed , you will be automatically redirected to the login page, and from now on can log into the system with the user name and the new password.
Please note the following password allocation policy:
• The last 6 passwords are stored in the password history before a user can reuse an old password.
• The minimum length is 10 characters.
• After 90 days, the system will automatically ask you to enter a new password after attempting to log in.
• Passwords must contain at least one of the following elements: a digit, a lowercase letter, a capital letter, one of the usual special characters: #!*()? etc.
